Time and Attendance

Working an excessive amount of hours can lead to stress, depression and illness. The Working Time Directive was put in place to ensure no employee is forced to work more than an average of 48 hours a week, thus protecting employee health and wellbeing. Functioning in accordance with the Working Time Directive our Time and Attendance software allows employers to more effectively monitor and manage the hours worked by their staff.

The employee will fill in the hours they expect to work over the coming working week and then when this time has elapsed they will then submit the actual hours worked. This information can then be used by the employer to generate reports, thus making it easier to ensure compliance with the Working Time Directive.
