Reporting

Reports allow for the easy presentation of Management Information (MI) in order for quick and accurate analysis. Our reporting section makes it simple to create regular or ad hoc reports that provide the real-time information you need when you need it. With a wide range of visual formats, including tables, graphs and charts, trends can be picked up at a glance. Highly flexible, it is easy to order and exclude data, or focus in on particular dates as required, ensuring information remains succinct and relevant.

Many useful pre-configured reports that allow you to identify absence patterns according to criteria such as reason for absence, employee age or organisation department are also available. For example, the department absences report will show the number of incidents of absence per department, the total number of days lost, the total cost and how many of these absences hit triggers. In identifying problem areas where productivity is affected, this information is invaluable to a company.

Reports are also an integral part of Case Management. They can be used to show a breakdown of all new cases opened or cases closed in a reporting period, or interventions that may require a follow-up. Monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is another crucial part of reporting. Breakdowns can be given of why each SLA was closed, allowing you to clearly track SLA success and prevent SLA failures.

Where it is necessary to combine a number of reports into one, such as a monthly report, our report suites are a handy and practical tool. Any number of reports can be included in a report suite, with the larger report then available to re-run on a regular basis at the touch of a button.
