About

FirstHealth Solutions was formed in 2002 by Managing Director Keith Lewis in order to create software solutions for managing absenteeism. In 2003, we released our first Day-One absence management system, Collate. During 2004 and 2005 Centrum was developed, enabling the effective handling of longer term cases; this new system was released in 2006. CentrumOH, which combined Day One and Case Management in one application, was developed in 2007 and released in 2008. By 2009 all Collate and Centrum systems were migrated to CentrumOH. 2010 and 2011 saw further major extensions to CentrumOH, including the introduction of online reporting. We pride ourselves on our consistent expansion and improvement of our products in order to meet the needs of our clients.

The Team

The FirstHealth Solutions team is built from a variety of backgrounds. Managing Director Keith Lewis has extensive experience within the pharmaceutical sales and health and safety industries, while our development team boast knowledge gained from the automotive industry, EDI, and large-scale web-based retail applications. Together they also have 10 years combined experience in occupational health. As a dynamic, flexible team, we are capable of meeting your requirements quickly and of making rapid changes when necessary. Our dedicated development team deal directly with customers on both requirements and ongoing system support.
